SmartCode Infosys Ltd is a newly formed company that specializes in development of high-quality software products, Graphic Designing and Web-content Development.

We offer development of technology solutions to suit your needs. Our main goal is to deliver technological solutions that fully suits our customer’s needs and to ensure the solution is delivered within short timeframe and at highest quality.


Why Us

The main difference between us and other software companies is that the director and managers within the company are highly skilled software developers themselves. This allows us to reduce the effort needed to implement projects and therefore deliver software solutions at greatly reduced costs.
This is approachable due to the following reasons:
• No miscommunication between our management and the developers as our management can communicate technically with their developers.
• Our management is involved into the development process from start to finish to:
     1. Deliver to agreed deadlines.
     2. Help resolve technical issues and overcome difficulties that the developers experience.
• Our management is able to handle technical tasks if required.
Another benefit is it reduces the timeframes and costs for new projects as we already have a very flexible core system implemented that can be used as a base for the delivery of your project. The system is a modular multi-tier system based on Microsoft .NET technology and already has a set of standard modules implemented e.g. User Administration, Customer Care, Reports etc. Therefore when you order a system we only have to develop new modules specific to subject areas you are working in.

We also greatly welcome international customers, as our specialists are multi-lingual and can assist not only in English, but also in Russian and Latvian.

How We Work

First of all we get your business requirements for the system you need to implement. You can pass your business requirements to us either written or orally. If orally we will prepare the business requirements document for you and confirm with you that these are your requirements. Once agreed we will estimate the efforts required to implement your project and contact you to advise the costs and timeframes. This is done for no charge. If you decide to progress with us to implement your project we will suggest you to sign a contract which describes the delivery process in detail. Contract is as much flexible as possible, so you might add/remove features during project implementation. The costs and timeframes are then reviewed and re-agreed accordingly. The project delivery can be split into many phases, so you can ensure you're getting what you really need. If you find any defects after the project is delivered we will fix them free of charge, but we are not expecting this as it will also be thoroughly system tested.
